Replacement grill parts to fit Charbroil model: 4659614 (Masterflame 9000)

The tube fits my Char-Broil Precision Burner 9000, but the included hardware does not match the existing igniter attachment. Googling the burner, I found another site that sells the exact same thing (for about 35% less, too) and explicitly states 'NOTE: Igniter 'Not Available' for this burner and it is 'not' compatible with the original igniter. Masterflame 2.5 series burner assembly for Charbroil grills made in 1999 and later. The distance between the center of the venturi tubes is 2 3/8 inches. 8000 and 9000 Series. 4659614 (Masterflame 9000) Igniter Components

Push-Button self-grounding piezo spark generator; requiers 3/4” mounting hole. Primary connector is a round male connector, so connecting wire needs to be female round connector. If needed, see part# 03199C for a short adapter wire that converts flat female spade connectors to female round. Secondary connector is a flat male spade connector used to conduct spark to a secondary electrode, such as a side burner, or used as a ground in some applications. See ground wire part# 03620. 7000 Masterflame Burners - Two Different Burners in Two Different Eras. Charbroil has used two different burners in their 7000 series grills. The difference is very hard to distinguish by sight. In 7000 series grills made before 1999, the burner part number is 4594651 and the distance between the venturi tube centers is 3 inches AND the collector box is triangular-shaped. In 7000 series grills made in 1999 and later, the distance between the venturi tube centers is 2 3/8 inches AND the collector box is square shaped. All the other parts we sell for the two grill series are exactly the same.
The Masterflame Burner Below Was Used in Pre-1999 Charbroil Models
7000 Masterflame Bar Burner (Models 1998 and earlier). Replaces Charbroil PN 4594651	Sorry, we do not stock or sell this part. This exact-fit, stainless steel bar burner is a replacement for Charbroil part number 4594651. The burner is exactly the same except it is bottom-ported (meaning the flames come out of the underside of the burner instead of the top side). This means the original Charbroil collector box (4501758) will not work with this burner. And, sorry, we have no collector box to supply for use with this replacement burner. All other burner dimensions and sizes are the same as 4594651: 17 inches long, 2 1/4 inches wide, with dual venturis 3 inches apart, center to center, and the venturi tube reach is 7 1/2 inches. This burner is stainless steel. Shipped assembled. Item number BBC-29.
Rock Grate 4156409	We do not stock or sell this grate. This original rock grate goes BELOW the burner on Masterflame 7000, 8000, 9000 grills. Charbroil has subbed this rock grate to a new part - 4157101 - the venturi tubes slide through the grate with one wire between the two venturis.
Igniter Set 4501758	The triangular-shaped collector box that is part number 4501758 has been discontinued by Charbroil. We are sold out. We have no alternatives for this collector box. The electrode and wire part (part number 5156105) that is used with the collector box is still available separately. It can be ordered through our parts database look up.
The Masterflame Burner Below Was Used in 1999 and After Charbroil Models
Burner 4505008	Sorry, we do not stock and sell this Charbroil burner. We have no substitutes to offer. Masterflame 2.5 series (BAR) Burner assembly for Charbroil grills made in 1999 and later. The distance between the center of the venturi tubes is 2 3/8 inches. For this part, we ship the burner provided to us from Charbroil. You will receive the current factory replacement burner. It comes with the factory collector box and electrode attached, it does not include the wire or push button, (4505084/4505074/4505008/4509092)
Rock Grate 4157101	We do not stock or sell this grate. Below-Burner Style Lava rock/briquette grate for the Masterflame Series Grills. 7000, 8000, 9000 series. Size of the rock grate is 20 by 5 7/8 inches. Please note the SAME rock grate is used for both the 7000, 8000, and 9000 Masterflame 2.5 series grills.
Igniter Set 4501543	Sorry, we can no longer supply. We sell a kit for the Masterflame 2.5 Series Burners. This 4501543 kit includes four items: Collector Box (4501543)/recently using new Charbroil part number 4500208), Electrode 5156119, Igniter Wire with round connector ends to fit on the push button igniter and the tip of the electrode, and a screw to attach the collector box assembly to the Masterflame 2.5 burner. This kit does not include the push button - this can be added to your order separately by entering your part number from the owners manual in our part numer look up on our website. Cast Iron Cook Grid Set 7000	On June 21, 2004, Charbroil notified us that this cast iron grid has been discontinued and is no longer available. We can only offer the one-piece porcelain coated wire grid, part number 4152739, as a replacement. Two piece set of uncoated cast iron cook grids for 7000 series.
Per Charbroil, if you have purchased the rock grate and briquettes above, you no longer need to use the flame spreader or vapor bar in your Charbroil grill. Depending on the model year, Masterflame Series grills used either a vapor bar or flame spreader positioned above the burner. Please choose one that follows your grill's original design.
